These terms apply to the VividPlay website and the current Wordzelio: Word Search development build.

1. Using our services
You may use our website and games for lawful personal use. Do not interfere with their operation, exploit security vulnerabilities, distribute harmful code, or infringe the rights of others. If you find a problem, please report it through Support.
2. Apps and availability
Apps and features may change during development. Availability can vary by app, device, and release. Features and saved progress may change between versions.
Store-specific terms apply when you use Google Play or another external store.
3. Game progress and virtual items
Wordzelio’s current build saves progress locally. Clearing app or browser data may permanently remove it. Virtual credits and hints are gameplay items; they are not cash, cryptocurrency, or a redeemable financial balance.
No purchase or subscription service is offered through this website. Any future paid app features require their own clear store information and applicable purchase terms.
4. Our content
The VividPlay and Wordzelio branding, artwork, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute them beyond uses permitted by law.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the data handling of the services currently covered. Our Delete data page explains your available deletion options.
6. Availability and your rights
We aim to provide useful, enjoyable experiences but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that a development build will be free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
