Information and requests for Wordzelio: Word Search and VividPlay support correspondence.
Wordzelio currently has no user accounts
The current development build keeps game records locally on your device. There is no VividPlay account or server-side game profile to delete.
Remove local Wordzelio game data
If you use the browser build, open your browser’s site-data settings, find the site where you played Wordzelio, and clear its stored data. Clear data for the game’s site, not just this VividPlay brand website.
If a Wordzelio build is installed on Android, local storage can be removed through Settings → Apps → Wordzelio → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data, where supported. Menu names vary by device. These instructions apply to local storage and do not imply an Android release is currently available.
What is removed: locally saved progress, completed levels, virtual credits, hints, activity records, and preferences. This is a reset and cannot be reversed through VividPlay.
Request deletion of information sent to VividPlay
If you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete the personal information in that correspondence. Use the address you previously contacted us from when possible, identify the app, and describe which information you want removed. You do not need to reinstall a game.
Request data deletionRequests go to contact@vividplay.online. This button opens your email app; it does not submit a request automatically.
Retention exceptions
We may need to retain information required for legal obligations, security, or resolving an ongoing dispute. If that applies to your request, we will explain the reason. Local game records remain on your device until you remove them; they are not a VividPlay server backup.
For more detail, read our retention and deletion policy.
